30th Annual Festival of Trees
Benefitting Friends of Caroline Hospice, the festival is one of Beaufort’s most beloved holiday traditions. Join us for the Opening Gala on Thursday, November 30, at The Shed on Paris Avenue in Port Royal featuring 75-plus decorated trees available for purchase, a silent auction, music, and food and wine. Enjoy the Festival Shoppes throughout the four-day event along with a kids’ fun zone, a Sunday Snow Day (with real snow) and visits by Santa, Mrs. Claus and a live reindeer. More details.

Holiday Weekend Celebration on Main Street
Downtown businesses will stay open late for your shopping pleasure on Friday during A Night on the Town. Come enjoy entertainment by local choirs, dance groups and clubs and of course the Christmas tree lighting featuring Santa! On Saturday, see a magical display of decorated boats in the Light Up the Night Boat Parade at Waterfront Park, which is even better with cookies and a cup of hot chocolate. The festive weekend ends Sunday with the traditional Beaufort Christmas Parade through the streets of downtown. Enjoy floats, bands, groups of walkers, and personal cars and trucks. More details.

Port Royal Christmas Golf Cart Parade
Join the Town of Port Royal for the 8th Annual Christmas Golf Cart Parade through the Old Village streets beginning at 5:15 p.m. The parade starts at Helena House and ends at the Live Oaks Park, where you can enjoy a chili cook-off contest, kids’ zone, refreshments, entertainment and much more! Parris Island Lowcountry Christmas Concert
Enjoy the Parris Island Marine Band at the 9th Annual Lowcountry Christmas Concert at Battery Creek High School on Saturday, December 9, at 7 p.m. An annual favorite, the Parris Island Marine Band will again be performing a variety of seasonal favorites in the main auditorium at the school. Friends of Caroline Hospice presents this family-friendly, race, which starts and finishes at Live Oaks Park and takes runners through the streets of Port Royal. Costumes are encouraged. Online registration ends December 13 with race-day registration from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers overall; the top three male and female finishers from each age group; and the top three costumes.
