Are you ready to modify your lifestyle and reach your health improvement goals?

In just 12 weeks, Beaufort Memorial’s LifeFit Body Makeover can create a manageable and sustainable nutrition and workout plan designed just for you.

Working in teams of four or five, participants meet three times a week for a one-hour exercise session led by a LifeFit wellness coach. This small-group format provides accountability, structure, personal attention and social support.

Registration deadline is August 12.

The goal of LifeFit Body Makeover is to help participants create lifelong healthy habits. Throughout this program, our LifeFit wellness coaches incorporate exercises scientifically proven to help burn fat with high-intensity interval training and boredom-busting –cardio—building lean, long and strong muscles.

Beaufort resident Michelle Grice, who has completed this program twice, is happy to be making her fitness goals come true. “I learned lot about myself and that I am actually pretty strong,” says Michelle. “The program gave me the tools I needed to continue to exercise daily and to always be mindful of what I put into my body.”
