Here’s a delicious smoothie recipe that’s packed full of vitamin C, fiber, calcium and protein to help keep you feeling full while getting the nutrition your body needs to live well.
Island Breeze Smoothie
2 cups mango or pineapple
2 cups spinach or shredded kale
1 whole banana
2 cups strawberry or raspberry kefir
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
2 tablespoons honey
Blend until smooth, pour into your favorite glass and enjoy! A paper umbrella is optional, but encouraged.
